Frequently Asked Questions:  

         Coaching is not usually covered by insurance.  However, if you are in business: Wellness Programs for your organization are considered a tax deduction and provide an additional employee benefit.  A bill can be supplied and save your receipt for tax and/ or insurance reimbursement. 

         All telephone consultations are by appointment only and regular hours of availability are from 10:00 am until 7:00 pm (Central Standard Time).  You will be called according to the appointment time scheduled.  Kindly give 24 hours notice of appointment changes by calling 1-866-871-3169 toll free.  If appointment changes become problematic or chronic, you will be charged for missed appointments.

         There is no refund for time used for consultations or personalized lesson/study materials.  In an effort to meet you half way, there is a fifteen day guarantee on returned generic lesson/study materials.
